It has a 289 with headers and a flowmaster exhaust. i also added a retrosound radio deck. It looks original but has an auxiallary plug in and it can also play the radio. The car always comes in first or second in car shows. It has 6,000 miles on it since its rebuild a year ago. It also has new front tires and is in great shape. I bought it as a project car that I could turn into a show car and then eventually take to drag races. I'm moving out of state and can not bring my car accross the country with me.
Asking price is $900. Price negotiable.
Car is worth about $2,000
I restored the engine. It runs great. Has new brakes. New parking brake. New power steering. New fluids. New exhaust system. I made all necessary repairs to the engine. I took out the cold air intake and adjusted the fuel injectors so it would be a daily driver. All it really needs is a paint job, the dash has a crack on top, the back seat has a rip in the fabric, and the weather stripping could stand to be replaced. (They don't leak, it's just noisey)
I bought a stereo for the car, just never got a chance to put it in. It will come with the car. I also have the shop manual for the turbo and another manual that tells about the car.

| Like title says up for sale is a 4 row aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, polished stainless steel shroud, moroso overflow tank, and a custom relay system for the fans. This set up was used about a year and a half ago on a 88 foxbody with a procharged 347 and it never overheated or failed me. I pulled this stuff out because I blew the motor and ended up tearing down the car, so this stuff has been sitting In my rafters ever since In like new shape since It was only used for about a summer. I started cleaning the dust off the fan shroud thats it looks half dirty. And anyone that comes and takes a look I will hook up the relay system to the fans and show you how everything works. | This beautiful Mustang is my baby and must sell due to the times. It has a great engine, Independent front and rear suspension, Disc Brakes front and back, 351 cobra jet engine, clean interior. This car was signed by Carroll Shelby himself and is a fun car. I have never washed it with water and is always professionally cleaned. It never goes out into the rain. It has been in several magazines and T.V. shows and is sweet! There has been small damage to the driver side door and the hood cowl from a filming. I had a body shop estimate it and it is 800 dollars. |

Power outside mirrors do not work, power door locks do not work, heater is disconnected, back windows need plastic gear (easy fix) passenger seat belt not operating properly. There is also a manual radiator fan switch – this was an expensive flaw on this car that I was able to eliminate by putting in a manual switch. Car is driven locally daily with no problems. All the gauges work well except the temp gauge with goes all the way to the right either the gauge or sending unit is getting a wrong reading . Some work was also done to the interior New carpet , seat covers, door seals, Trunk seals and headliner door panels are original and in decent shape but has cracks. Dash is in good shape with no cracks but 2 speakers were added up front on the dash area. Almost new white letter performance tires on ford magnum 500 wheels in excellent shape. Was an AC car but Compressor, condenser and lines are gone . Newer custom true dual exhaust with H pipe and headers for even exhaust flow. Car has a real nice muscle car sound to it . The exterior of the car is in very good shape paint still shines very nice but was painted in 2001 and has some cracking and scratches nothing horrible NO RUST EVER . The car looks fine as is as turns a lot of heads perfect for a daily driver or weekend show or car cruise You can feel very proud driving this car .
